Dr Lachlan Maddock believes in patient-focussed care. After a thorough assessment, he will give honest advice about treatment options specific to the needs of each patient. Health issues can be worrying time for patients, so in most cases, Dr Lachlan Maddock can see new referrals within two weeks.
Biography
Dr Lachlan Maddock was raised in Melbourne. After graduating from medicine at Monash University 1999, he went on to become a qualified General Surgeon through Royal Melbourne Hospital. He undertook further training in Melbourne, interstate and overseas to become a Specialist Vascular Surgeon. He continues to be involved with education of medical and nursing students through Monash University. He is active in research with numerous publications and presentations and is a regular speaker for Vascular Conferences. He was awarded the prestigious Robert Bulley Research award from Eastern Health 2015.
He resides in Melbourne with his wife and two children. He currently has public appointments as a consulting Vascular Surgeon at Eastern Health (Box Hill Hospital) and Monash Health, as well as admitting rights to Holmesglen Private, Epworth Eastern, Cabrini and St John of God hospitals.
